Sladovnická kvalita zrna ječmene po mimokořenové aplikaci pomocných látek a listových hnojiv
Heža, Jakub
This diploma thesis focuses on the malting quality of spring barley grain after extra-root application of excipients and selected fertilizers. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to the factors influencing the yield and quality of grain. The practical part was focused on the evaluation of the influence of selected auxiliary preparations and foliar fertilizers on the yield and malting quality of spring barley grain. The issue was further explored in the form of both a small-plot experiment conducted on the land of Agrospol Velká Bystřice and a pilot trial in the locality of Hnojice in 2021. The experiment included the following variants: Control variant, 1. Lister Mo, 2. TS Impuls, 3. Aucyt Start , 4. TS Sentinel. Lister Mo and TS Impuls were applied in the developmental column phase (BBCH 31) and Aucit Start and TS Sentinel at the beginning of flowering (BBCH 50).vThe conclusion part of the diploma thesis summarizes and evaluates the fulfillment of the aim of the thesis.
Kvalita cukrovky při uplatnění intenzifikačních faktorů
Andrýsek, Lukáš
The aim of this bachelor thesis has been to draw up a literature review on The quality of sugar beet after applying intensifying factors. In the practical part, a small-parcel field experiment has been conducted with the aim to examine the effect of extraroot nutrition from a company Klofáč spol. s.r.o. on the quality and the yield of sugar beet. We have tested these foliate fertilisers: Insenol, Carbon Si, Fumag 6NK Ca, Sulfika SB C, Carbon Bor K. For all these fertilisers, a positive effect on the technological quality of sugar beet has been proven. There has been a decrease in the content of harmful alpha amino nitrogen, the values varied up to 20 mg per 100 g of sugar beet, and there has also been a decrease in the content of soluble ash. Maximal values amounted only to 0.34 %. There has been a significant increase in sugar content and ripeness of the sugar beet. The values of MB factor ranged from 11.1 to 14.3. The extra-root nutrition has contributed to a harvest of high quality feedstock for subsequent processing. Indisputably, the good weather conditions and quality basic agrotechnology have also contributed with their part to it.
Porovnanie technológií hnojenia pšenice ozimnej v operatívnych podmienkach poľnohospodárskych podnikov Slovenska
Némethová, Lucia
Némethová, L. Comparison of technologies of winter wheat fertilization in the operating conditions of agricultural farms in Slovakia. Bachelor Thesis. Brno: Mendel Univer-sity, 2018. The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of wheat fertilization technologies of two farms in Eastern Slovakia. Technology A is the traditional technology, that focuses on the quantity of production using the maximum nitrogen doses in the forms of mineral and organic fertilizers. In contrast there is the alternative technology B, that minimizes its costs by reducing the amount of mineral fertilizers to the soil, what maximizes profit. Technology B builds its philosophy on the use of foliar and bacterial nutrition. The technologies are compared over three years using mostly economic indicators where the most important indicator is the contribution to cover indirect costs and profit gene-ration. From this point of view, B's technology was evaluated as better, even though company A had a significantly higher yield per hectare each year.
Foliar fertilizers containing collagen hydrolyzate for nutrition of grapevine: applied methodology with certification
Horák, Jaroslav ; Raimanová, Ivana ; Kurešová, Gabriela ; Trčková, Marie
A comprehensive methodology describing the use of products made from collagen hydrolyzate for leaf nutrition of main field crops and vines grown in conditions of organic farming as well as within the conventional method of cultivation. Elaboration of the methodology was preceded by applied research to develop environmentally acceptable ingredient - collagen hydrolyzate, where undesirable sodium is replaced by biogenic, often scarce potassium. Another objective was to optimize content and a mutual ratio of trace elements from the perspective of requirements of particular crops or their groups. Within the methodology are stated all the information needed for qualified decision-making regarding to foliar application of newly developed products in organic and conventional mode of farming. Examples of practical use of both types of fertilizers are the result of their application in field trials and South Moravian vineyards with standard and biological growing system.

The use of products containing potassium collagen hydrolyzate in organic and conventional agriculture
Kurešová, Gabriela ; Raimanová, Ivana ; Trčková, Marie
Methodology represents a comprehensive range of products containing potassium collagen hydrolyzate, which are intended to be used in organic and conventional agriculture. It also provides basic information about the rational use of foliar nutrition. The new products were developed in cooperation VÚRV, v.v.i. and Siga, a.s.

Application of Trisol preparation on potatoes (Solanum tuberosum)
MÍČKA, Tomáš
This bachelor work investigates effect of foliation (folia) applied preparation Trisol on potatoes (Solanum tuberosum). Trisol is additional, targeted, micro - elementary sustenance, which its constitution (microelements, stimulant growth, humolite acid, chelate) supports production rhizic system and minimizes possibility of deficiency microelements. The aim of practical part of work was to monitore the effect of the preparations Trisols on production of potatoes, proportion of market tubers and starch content in tubers. Results were analysed and compared with findings of other tests.
